Petra Schreiber

Petra Schreiber has more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, having dabbled in various key positions in marketing, communications and branding. Petra Schreiber began her automotive career with Mercedes-Benz, where she was first assigned to Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, in the Marketing department.

In 2001, she moved to the Volkswagen Group, particularly Volkswagen brand. She was assigned as Senior Manager, Marketing, Volkswagen China and she successfully took responsibility for brand communication nationwide across all channels. She was credited for establishing innovative brand communications including major international projects such as the Shanghai EXPO 2010 and International Auto shows in China.

In 2008, she was assigned as the head of the Volkswagen Group Olympic Hospitality Program where she developed, planned and executed the Volkswagen Group Hospitality for the guests of the Olympic and Paralympic Games that year.

In May 2011, Petra Schreiber got appointed as the head of Marketing and Communication, Volkswagen Group Malaysia. Petra Schreiber is married and has two daughters. She speaks German, English and Mandarin.

Ananda currently holds the position of Senior Category Marketing Manager for Adidas South East Asia. Her portfolio in the company includes managing Stella McCartney  for adidas, Men, Women and Kid’s Training Business for 6 countries in SEA. As a Senior Manager in adidas SEA,  Ananda’s goal is to drive her Global Business Portfolio to best being executed and implemented in South East Asia. Her main task include Development of the Business Unit Marketing Plan, Tracking and Monitoring all adidas state of the art products in all Distribution Channel and assuring excellence in all execution of the Brand Communication and Retail Marketing.

Ananda , brings to her position a well-established work experiences in most of all marketing related industries. Prior to taking on Regional Work of South East Asia in 2008, she managed Product Management of adidas Indonesia where she worked there in 3 years. She was in charge of Sport Performance and Sports Lifestyle division in Indonesia with overseeing a highly motivated Product Marketing Team who managed to quantum leap the company's business predicament to a desirable and sustainable ground.  Previous experience before joining adidas,  Ananda Putri worked in managerial positions in marketing at several companies, including Bata Indonesia, Cyber Design Asia and MBC advertising.

An experienced global communications strategist with a proven record of building value for clients, Simon has effectively worked across global and regional markets in strategic planning for some of the world’s leading brands including; Proctor & Gamble, Lenovo, Panasonic, Sony and Subaru. 

After a five year posting in Tokyo, he joined Saatchi & Saatchi X China in 2011 to focus on strategic planning for Shopper Marketing. Since then, he has effectively built and advised retail strategy for Lenovo across emerging markets and conducted holistic shopper marketing campaigns for Carrefour and Walmart in Greater China under the P&G brand. 

Whilst in Tokyo with Interbrand - the world’s largest brand consultancy - he was responsible for completing global strategy assignments for Panasonic and Subaru. Proceeding this, he was based at Hakuhodo Inc, Japan’s second largest advertising agency as a packaging consultant. 

Simon was born and educated in Australia and has lived and worked in Japan, France and China.
Darren Fifield

With more than 20 years experience, Shirely is a true veterean in selling software solutions that solve IT and business challenges for companies in the banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications and the CPG sector.

Shirley spent half of her career establishing and working with third party channel partners in the UK, Europe, Middle East and the US to implement software solutions including CRM and enterprise service desk offerings.

Over the last five years Shirley has been focussing purely on CPG companies, developing and expanding Quofore’s consumer product customer relationships and delivering high level value-based retail execution solutions and services.

Prior to this, Vikram worked at Starcom Mediawest as Regional Director – Research & Analytics handling complex media modeling and consumer research for a key account. Vikram has also worked in Indonesia with TNS as the head of packaged goods research sector. He started his career with IMRB in India and a short stint with a leading advertising agency in India. Vikram brings with  him a vast experience across consumer, automobile and telecom sector and has lead development of innovative research solutions across both qualitative and quantitative consumer research.

After having worked for Nike for over 6 years (both in Europe and Asia Pacific), he discovered the power of scent marketing and has been hooked on this niche marketing discipline ever since.

For the past 5 years Marijn has worked in the scent marketing industry in various commercial roles, having been responsible for market development and client services in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe. In these roles he worked with brands including Sofitel, H&M, McDonalds, Holiday inn, Scotch & Soda and Qantas to develop branding and communication strategies through the use of scent.

Marijn recently joined ambient scenting provider Prolitec as Director Business Development Asia Pacific, responsible for the development and management of Prolitec's network of certified service providers in the region.

When asked about scent marketing, Marijn calls it "the most powerful in-store marketing tool around to create not only a truly multi-sensory shopping experience, but also long-term brand loyalty with a positive impact on customer satisfaction and spending".
