Mission
To help HR professionals advance their professionalism and contribute to the HR profession and organizational goals by providing
advanced HR conferences, workshops, industrial working groups and other value-added services.
To excel in an increasingly competitive and knowledge-driven business world, HR Excellence Center (HREC) is created to improve
the competencies and capabilities of HR practitioners and advance the development of HR as a profession in China. HREC is a
membership-based organization. HREC membership enjoys access to a diversified range of HR Events and knowledge platforms
discussing hottest issues and cutting-edge topics faced by HR professionals in China, including HRD Networks, HR conferences,
trainings & workshops, HR Frontier, HR industrial working group, monthly newsletters, website and other valued added services.
HRD Network:
A bi-monthly half day small group event exclusively for HRD level executives from top organizations to address
critical challenges and exchange ideas and solutions in relaxing and informal surroundings. All HRD Network are free but by
invitation only.
HR Conferences:
Professionally designed and organized two-day conferences including branded annual conferences on Recruiting
& Staffing, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management & Leadership Development, HR Business Partner
and other cutting edge topics.
HR Trainings:
Highly practical one-day or two-day trainings for HR professionals from middle level to senior levels. Trainings
cover topics like OD, Talent Management, Leadership Development, etc.
HR Industrial Working Groups:
A two-hour working luncheon meeting to establish a close network for HR professionals in the
same industry who are facing similar but unique challenges.
HR Frontiers:
A monthly half-day gathering with discussions on the hottest HR issues. HR Frontiers are designed to cater
to all HR functions, e.g. Recruiting and Staffing, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Compensation and
Benefits, HR Business Partner.
HR Newsletter:
Monthly and membership-only e-newsletters providing updates on HR trends, best practices and research
findings etc.
HREC Website:
An integrated HR portal leveraging all resources and knowledge generated by HREC events which also serves
as a learning & sharing platform for leading HR practitioners.
